Samsung Galaxy S5: How to Remove Email Address or Domain from Spam List in the Stock Email App in Android 4.4.2 Kitkat

If you wish to not receive any email message from an email address or domain, you can register the email address or domain as spam to block its email messages. But, if needed, you can also unblock a blocked email address or domain with ease, for instance: when you have blocked a wrong email address or domain so that you need to unblock it. Unblocking blocked email addresses or domains will set your device to notify you when their email messages arrive and place the messages in your inbox folder.

How to unblock a blocked email address or domain in the stock Email app?
You can do so by using two different methods: from the spam list and from the Junk folder of an email account.

Method #1: From the spam list
Since all blocked email addresses or domains will be listed in the spam list, you can easily unblock the required ones by removing them from the list by using the following steps:
  1. Open the stock Email app.
  2. Tap at the top right corner of the screen or long press the Recent apps key to open up the additional options and then select Settings.
  3. Tap Spam addresses.
  4. Tap at the top of the screen.
  5. Select the required email address or domain you want to remove from the list.
  6. Tap Done button.
  7. The selected email address or domain has been removed from the spam list.

Method #2: From the Junk folder of an email account
Since all blocked email messages sent to an email account will be saved to its Junk folder, you can easily unblock the sender or domain of a blocked email message from this folder by using the following steps:
  1. Open the stock Email app. If you have multiple email accounts, the combined inbox will be opened by default.
  2. Tap at the top left corner of the screen to open up the stock Email app menus.
  3. Scroll down the menus to the required account and then tap Show all folders.
  4. Tap Junk folder. All blocked email messages sent to this account will be displayed here.
  5. Select the required email message you want to unblock its sender or domain.
  6. Tap at the bottom of the screen.
  7. A window will appear to tell you that the sender or domain of the selected email message will be unblocked and the message will be moved back to your inbox folder.
  8. Tap OK button.
  9. The sender or domain of the selected email message has been removed from the spam list.
