Samsung Galaxy S4: How to Find IMEI Number in Android 4.4.2 Kitkat

IMEI stands for International Mobile Equipment Identity. It's typically a 15-digit unique number that can be used to identify your phone thus it ought to be different with other devices. You can use IMEI number to retrieve information about the phone (e.g: model, brand, hardware info, etc) and since it's unique it can be used to track lost or stolen phones. The IMEI number can also be used by the network provider to block the lost or stolen device from accessing the network so that the device can't be used easily by the thief.
