Samsung Galaxy S3: How to Find a Text on Web Page

Samsung Galaxy SIII comes with the stock Internet apps that you can use to browse a webpages you likes. In this apps, you can see some options available under its settings menu, one of which is an option called saved for offline reading for you to save certain webpage to read it later without having to use Internet connection.

Another option that you will see under Internet apps settings menu is an option to allow you to search for certain text or string on the website you're currently viewing. This of course will useful to helps you find the text you're looking on the website.


How to search a text on a web page?
Below are the steps to do so:
  1. Go to Apps through Home screen.
  2. Tap Internet.
  3. Navigate to the web page you want to open.
  4. To find text or string, tap the Menu key then select Find on page.
  5. Enter the text you're looking for in the search text box.
  6. Tap the Up arrow key to page up or tap the down arrow key to page down.
  7. If there is a match text in the website, then you will see the text will be highlighted.

By knowing how to use this option of course will make you more easier to find specific text or string that you're looking for on a website. So, hope this helps :)
