  3. Log in to the Play Store by entering your username and password of your Gmail account associated with your phone.
  4. Find Screen Lock Bypass apps then install it from there. This apps is free.
  5. Once you've finished, now find and install any apps that not already installed on your phone. This apps will trigger to run and the screen lock will be disabled.
  6. Once your phone is unlocked, backup all of your data to other storage, then you can safely do factory reset your phone to reset the password as well without having worry to lost your important file saved on your phone.
  7. Or, you can install Screen Lock Bypass Pro which is paid and has features to reset your password without having resetting your phone. You can get Screen Lock Bypass Pro through Play Store for $3.97.

As a note, as long as this app installed on your phone, this will always by pass your lock screen password. But, this apps can't change your lock screen password, so if you want to change your lock screen password you need to install Pro version of this apps or do factory reset your phone to reset the password and set the new one. But, if you choose to reset your phone, at least by using this apps you still be able to save your data before you resetting the phone.
